Stephen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity, corporate governance, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, he secured litigation experience in immigration and family law matters; in addition, while serving as an assistant public defender, Stephen provided legal representation to indigent defendants in numerous criminal cases.
