  • Representation of the manufacturer of an antiepileptic drug against allegations that its product caused birth defect injuries.
  • Representation of several manufacturers of proton-pump inhibitor medications involving allegations that the medication caused acute and chronic kidney injuries.
  • Representation of the manufacturer of therapeutic food and clinical nutrition products regarding allegations that the product caused low phosphate levels.
  • Representation of one of the largest poultry producers in the United States regarding allegations involving the Sherman Act and supposed suppression of worker’s wages.
  • Pro Bono representation of Maryland’s designated Protection & Advocacy agency in effort to reform Maryland Department of Correction’s use of prolonged periods of segregated confinement in inmates suffering from serious mental illnesses under the Eighth Amendment.
  • Pro Bono representation of homeowners in construction defect case against insurance company and several contractors regarding negligent repair.
  • Pro Bono representation of several artists regarding copyright and trademark matters.
