Robert Lindsay

Robert focuses his practice on corporate transactions, securities law, corporate governance and bank regulatory matters. He primarily represents banks, holding companies, and other financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, branch purchases and assumptions, de novo formations, regulatory applications, private placements and securities offerings. Robert drafts and negotiates executive employment agreements, equity incentive plans and related... compensation arrangements. He also regularly assists clients with real estate finance and acquisition transactions. Robert's practice extends to international trade proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, including antidumping and countervailing duty matters.
