- Represented senior living/assisted living asset and management company in its acquisition portfolio assets over $850 million.
- Represented an oilfield safety and inspection services company in an approximate $17 million sale of equity to a subsidiary of a publicly held UK investment fund.
- Represented a private oil and gas drilling company in a $580 million asset sale to a publicly held Canadian energy company.
- Represented a publicly traded energy company in acquiring a refinery and related assets having a transaction of more than $200 million.
- Represented energy company in its acquisition of terminal assets in a $200 million asset transaction.
- Represented a public energy company in a $450 million Senior Notes Offering (Rule 144A Debt Offering).
- Represented a publicly-held company in $250 million acquisition of an operating subsidiary holding Gulf of Mexico shelf assets and operations.
