Michael Seager

Michael focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and data privacy issues in state and federal court. He has experience defending clients against alleged claims involving false advertising, fraud, breach of contract, consumer protection statutes, and greenwashing, among other civil disputes.
