  • Represented private equity firm in connection with acquisition of an approximately $102 million apartment building to be redeveloped into a senior housing facility
  • Represented seller of trophy retail buildings on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida for over $150 million

Commercial Real Estate Financings

  • Represented private lender in connection with a multi-layered financing structure for a hotel development involving senior mortgage financing, mezzanine financing, PACE financing, Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) financing and preferred equity financing from a federal historic tax credit investor
