Representative Matters

  • Representation of sponsor developer in acquisition, development, and construction financing for a 310-unit multifamily development in Orlando, Florida.  
  • Representation of sponsor borrower in development and $69 million construction financing for a 270-unit multifamily and mixed use development in Jacksonville, Florida.
  • Representation of sponsor in recapitalization and refinancing of a $51 million debt for a 287-unit multifamily project in Jacksonville, Florida.
  • Representation of sponsor in tenancy-in-common recapitalization and related loan modification for a multifamily and mixed use project in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Representation of institutional investor in infusing preferred equity into a portfolio consisting of six multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. 
  • Representation of both sponsor and investor borrowers in a number of agency financing matters (including new financing, loan assumptions, and defeasances).
  • Representation of purchaser in acquisition of a portfolio consisting of 11 subdivisions of build-for-rent single family homes and townhomes in Georgia.
  • Representation of purchaser in acquisition and financing of numerous build-for-rent, single family subdivisions throughout the Southeast.
  • Representation of solar developer in Georgia land acquisitions and assemblages in development of over 12 solar farms and projects.
  • Representation of national quick service restaurant in the ground leasing and acquisition of new restaurant locations in the Southeast.
