    • Advised a family-held transportation asset services and management firm in its acquisition of a Singapore-based intermodal tank container lessor with operations and personnel distributed throughout the South Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.
    • Advised a leading Latin America-based payment solutions provider in its sale to a Canadian electronic payment processing company, including an external debt restructuring and elimination of intercompany debts across ten jurisdictions in both North and South America.
    • Advised a family-held consumer packaged goods manufacturer in its sale of all assets to a private equity-backed producer and distributor of similar goods throughout the U.S.
    • Advised an NYSE-listed industrial technology company in its acquisition of a leading designer and manufacturer of lithium-ion energy storage solutions for marine, industrial, and defense applications.
