- Co-Counsel for cosmetic talc defendant where plaintiff’s expert admitted he could “spike” cosmetic talc with asbestos and no one would know.
- Co-Counsel for cosmetic talc defendant where plaintiff’s expert was exposed for falsely claiming authenticity of report disproving existence of asbestos in cosmetic talc product.
