From 1986 until 1991, Jim served as President of ZOM Properties, Inc.; as Vice President of ZOM, Inc. and ZOM Development Inc., and as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for all U.S. real estate operations for the ZOM Group of companies. This Florida–based investment and development group specializes in the acquisition, development, construction, management, brokerage, and sale of U.S. real estate properties in association with foreign investors.
Jim remains General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors for ZOM Holding Inc., as well as Secretary for the rest of the entities comprising the ZOM Group. Today the ZOM companies are among Jim's notable clients, which he has represented for the last 40 years.
