- Worked up toxic tort and asbestos cases from filing up until trial, handling responsive pleadings, written discovery, depositions, document production, alternative exposure investigation, site inspections, expert retention, non-dispositive and dispositive motion practice, mediation, and jury instructions.
- Served as National Discovery Counsel for a heavy equipment manufacturer.
- Defended motor vehicle manufacturers in complex breach of warranty matters.
- Argued motions for summary judgment as well as non-dispositive and dispositive motions; considerable deposition experience.
- Responded to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration discovery orders for a motor vehicle manufacturer.
