Representative Matters

  • Worked up toxic tort and asbestos cases from filing up until trial, handling responsive pleadings, written discovery, depositions, document production, alternative exposure investigation, site inspections, expert retention, non-dispositive and dispositive motion practice, mediation, and jury instructions.
  • Served as National Discovery Counsel for a heavy equipment manufacturer.
  • Defended motor vehicle manufacturers in complex breach of warranty matters.
  • Argued motions for summary judgment as well as non-dispositive and dispositive motions; considerable deposition experience.
  • Responded to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration discovery orders for a motor vehicle manufacturer.
  • Represented an insurer through discovery involving construction defect claims; prosecuted construction defect claims against general contractors.
