Jerry Dei

Jerry focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions for sell-side and buy-side clients. He advises clients on domestic and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, private equity, capital markets, de-SPAC transactions, and private placements. He also advises companies in general corporate matters, including entity formation, structuring and restructuring, corporate governance, and contract negotiations.
