Jen has trained and counseled employers on labor and employment matters, and performed internal audits of company records and employment practices to identify and remedy potential areas of noncompliance and litigation risks in the workplace. She has also represented employers in labor negotiations with their workforces. Her clients have included small and mid-size businesses, large corporations, non-profits, and private and public school systems.
