- Defended and settled multiple warranty cases asserting causes of action under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and Magnuson Moss Warranty Act on behalf of multinational automotive corporations.
- Advocated for the protection of the First Amendment rights of members of the Native American Church when city officials in Texas unilaterally planned to destroy a historic and sacred site of worship. Member of Law and Religion Clinic team at the University of Texas School of Law that sought a preliminary injunction during a week-long hearing in federal court.
