Dawn focuses her practice on products liability and complex commercial litigation in jurisdictions across the country.
Dawn's products liability practice includes the defense of wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims allegedly resulting from the use of consumer products, off-road vehicles, boats and related marine products, industrial products, pharmaceutical products, and medical devices. She also counsels clients regarding product warnings, product recalls, and warranty issues. Her commercial litigation practice includes unfair and deceptive trade practices cases, business tort cases, breach of contract cases, and partnership disputes. Dawn also has experience with securities litigation, fiduciary duty litigation, and construction litigation.
Dawn has significant trial experience, including as a first-chair trial lawyer, in some of the most challenging venues in the U.S. and in arbitration proceedings. She manages all aspects of complex litigation, including developing case strategy, pretrial evaluation, traditional discovery, e-discovery, taking and defending depositions, collaborating with and preparing experts, mediation, trial, and appeal.

- Tried numerous products liability cases, including as a first-chair trial lawyer, brought against a manufacturer of recreational products, which resulted in favorable outcomes for the client.
- Member of trial team involved in a six-week jury trial in U.S. district court defending venture capital fund against claims of breach of fiduciary duty and fraud.
- Represented national real estate investment company in multiple lawsuits alleging breach of fiduciary duty claims.
- Represented pharmaceutical company in cases brought on behalf of patients who were allegedly injured after using gadolinium-based contrast dyes.
