David focuses his practice on product liability claims for the automotive, industrial equipment and medical device industries. He has served as first-chair trial counsel for foreign and domestic manufacturers in cases across country, securing defense verdicts for his clients in no less than six states.
David’s experience in trying wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases and defending the design and manufacture of products such as motor vehicles, industrial equipment, and outdoor power equipment helps him grasp the complex engineering and technical concepts that make up the products he defends. David has also defended clients in the pharmaceutical arena including manufacturers of diet drugs and anti-cholesterol medication. He has served as statewide liaison counsel for defendant groups in high-profile litigation and has been involved with employment and insurance disputes and other commercial cases. David also has experience representing a four-wheeler and side-by-side manufacturers.
