He supports clients in telecom transactions, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private entities, as well as national security reviews under the Team Telecom process.
Daniel also provides strategic counsel on market entry and regulatory compliance for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service providers, Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) and Non-Geostationary Orbit (NGSO) satellite systems. He has experience representing broadcasters, telecommunications trade organizations, and advocating for clients in appellate proceedings before the FCC and federal circuit courts.
