Over the past eight years, he has advised private equity–backed clients on more than 200 “roll-up” acquisitions, guiding platform and add-on deals from initial letter of intent through closing and post-closing integration. Beyond M&A, Damon counsels clients on corporate governance, capital raising, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions. He advises companies through every stage of their lifecycle and has served as counsel on initial and follow-on public securities offerings, private offerings, routine SEC and state regulatory reporting, and complex corporate governance matters.
