Crystal has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having counseled community banks in a number of business combinations and strategic transactions, including representations of purchasers and sellers in merger combinations, investor group acquisitions and recapitalizations, asset sales to credit union acquirors, and branch transactions. 

She has advised both public and private companies on a wide variety of securities-related issues, including raising capital, preparation and filing of annual, quarterly, and current reports, and proxy solicitations.
