Chance focuses his practice primarily on intellectual property matters by assisting clients through the protection of their intellectual property assets across various industries. He represents clients in multiple types of intellectual property disputes and aids clients in obtaining intellectual property rights by preparing and prosecuting patent applications.  

Equipped with a strong background in semiconductors, consumer products,... mechanical materials, energy technology, machine learning, industrial products, and oil and gas, Chance provides clients with tailored guidance and assistance in areas ranging from foreign and domestic patent matters, IP litigation, invalidity and infringement opinions, and IP counseling.
