He works closely with clients to develop comprehensive trademark strategies, including conducting clearance searches, guiding applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to registration, and managing ongoing portfolio maintenance.

In addition to prosecution, Cameron counsels clients on brand enforcement, including drafting cease-and-desist letters and takedown notices and advising on proactive strategies to prevent infringement. He also has experience in trademark litigation and domain name disputes, including matters involving the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy process before the World Intellectual Property Organization. He represents clients across a range of industries, including technology, consumer goods, hospitality, and entertainment, helping businesses protect and grow their brands. He also advises on broader intellectual property matters, including copyright and domain name disputes.
