Brianna Drayton

Brianna focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, capital investments, corporate governance, and entity formation. She prepares businesses with the foundational documents they need to operate effectively, manage growth, and support strategic decision-making. Brianna also advises nonprofit organizations on formation and governance matters through her active pro bono practice.
