Representative Matters

  • Civil rights litigation, including successfully challenging and excluding expert testimony and report, and trying case in federal court.  
  • Counsel for a biotechnical development company in a breach of contract dispute, resulting in a favorable settlement.
  • Represented in-house counsel of a national franchisor in fraud and breach of contract dispute.
  • Assisted in defense of insurance bad faith claims brought by homeowner following Hurricane Florence.
