Representative Matters

  • Represented a major international petrochemical corporation in a personal injury case, who allegedly used a product manufactured by the company. After two days of trial, the plaintiffs’ counsel voluntarily dismissed the company as a defendant after cross-examination of the plaintiff and his coworkers
  • Defended law firms in legal malpractice claims
  • Defended nursing homes in cases tried to jury verdicts. These cases involved claims of negligence in patient care and treatment
  • Represented manufacturers of medical devices in product liability litigation
  • Represented a product manufacturer seeking to enforce a restrictive covenant in a commercial contract against an international machine manufacturer
