As California warranty litigation escalates as a result of the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Mike has served as lead counsel to automotive manufacturers and has developed litigation strategies to deal with aggressive plaintiff’s counsel, supervised attorneys across multiple offices, managed dozens of cases, and first-chaired over 15 trials since 2017.

- Advised clients on discovery, expert witnesses, FDA regulatory compliance, and reporting issues
