Mr. Slater remains General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors for ZOM Holding Inc., as well as Secretary for the rest of the entities comprising the ZOM Group. Today the ZOM companies are among Mr. Slater’s notable clients, which Mr. Slater has represented for the last 40 years.
