This Florida–based investment and development group specializes in the acquisition, development, construction, management, brokerage, and sale of U.S. real estate properties in association with foreign investors.

Jim remains General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors for ZOM Holding Inc., as well as Secretary for the rest of the entities comprising the ZOM Group. Today the ZOM companies are among Jim's notable clients, which he has represented for the last 40 years.
