As an experienced litigator, Dell has represented and counseled clients in a variety of national legal matters in both state and federal courts across the country in end-to-end litigation matters. He has held leadership roles in his community, chaired Nelson Mullins’ Associates Committee, served as Nelson Mullins’ Hiring Partner, and served his country in the United States Army JAG Corps.

- Served as one of the coordinating counsel in national pharmaceutical mass tort litigation, assisting in the development of overall litigation and settlement strategy and coordinating all phases of large-scale discovery, including advising clients on defensible approaches to the preservation, collection, and production of documents and electronically stored information for litigation; preparing company witnesses to address challenging data-related issues; and preparing and responding to discovery in major litigation
