Clifford advises real estate developers through every stage of the development lifecycle from land acquisition to project completion. In recent years, he has acted as local counsel on several of the largest real estate transactions in Palm Beach County, leveraging his deep knowledge of land use, land development, and real estate law.

In addition to providing comprehensive legal counsel, Clifford serves as general counsel to numerous local, national, and international companies, offering day to day strategic support. He also collaborates with firm colleagues on affordable housing initiatives, including matters involving bonds, tax credits, real estate considerations, and corporate agreements.
