As outside legal counsel, Christina Lehm advises her U.S. and international clients in business disputes and represents them through all stages of litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration. She brings more than 25 years of combined business and legal experience along with her multicultural background and global perspective. Her U.S. and international clients value her business acumen and her commitment to understanding their unique business objectives and strategic goals.
As their U.S. legal counsel, Christina’s clients benefit from her experience in litigating a variety of complex business disputes. In addition to partnership disputes and claims of breach of contract, Christina also handles claims of unfair and deceptive trade practices, tortious interference, and civil RICO claims.
Christina defends Civil False Claims Act cases brought by alleged whistleblowers and has defended a number of clients in federal litigation that implicates federal legislation in highly regulated industries, such as healthcare providers and healthcare clinics.
Christina’s clients appreciate her ability to represent them throughout the entire proceeding from inception through trial and appeals, having one go-to-person to communicate with throughout all stages of the case.
As a native of Denmark, Christina began her career in business in Europe before moving to the United States where she later pursued a career in law. Her European background allows her to bridge the cultural differences that international businesses may experience when they conduct business in the U.S., and she helps them navigate the differences in the legal systems when they are involved in litigation in the U.S.
