Imperato co-authored the first chapter titled “The Role of Governance in Managing Organizational Risk” which covers governance and oversight of enterprise-wide systems that manage diverse corporate risks within healthcare entities.
Widely used by legal professionals practicing in the healthcare sector, the newest edition is a collection of U.S. health laws and regulations, fundamental statutes, and the most recent updates to federal authority. Among the many topics covered, the chapter delves into the various facets of enterprise risk management, risk governance, core governance legal duties, duty of care, duty of loyalty, duty of obedience, risk governance legal duties, and U.S. sentencing guidelines.
