He joins from Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and brings extensive experience advising emerging growth companies, founders, and executives, as well as venture capital firms, angel investors, and other early- and growth-stage investors.

Wanee counsels clients throughout the full lifecycle of a startup, from formation to exit. His practice includes advising on entity formation, founder and shareholder agreements, and a broad range of financing transactions, including SAFEs, convertible notes, Series Seed and Series A financings, later-stage rounds, and venture debt.
