Nelson Mullins represented PlayOn! Sports, a platform that operates the network that provides live and on-demand content for millions of high school sporting events, in its financing from KKR, a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions.

PlayOn! Sports will use this investment to create more products and services for state associations, high schools, high school athletes and their fans across the country. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.

The Nelson Mullins team representing PlayOn! Sports in the financing was led by Brian Galison and included Colleen Pleasant Kline, Charles Vaughn, Seth Webster, Caroline Dailey, Anish Patel, Sue Stoffer, Nichole Hayden, Gina Greenwood, Drew Hermiller, Franklin Chou, Jim Bartling.
