Nelson Mullins recently served as counsel to Willow Asset Management LLC ("Willow Wealth") in a transaction with Mount Logan Management ("MLM"). Under the terms of the transaction, a fund managed by MLM will acquire the assets of the Yieldstreet Alternative Income Fund, Inc. ("YS AIF"). Willow Wealth serves as the advisor YS AIF and as part of the transaction (subject to shareholder approval), it has entered into a Transition Services Agreement ("TSA") with MLM. As a result of the transaction, YS AIF and SOFIX investors could gain access to a larger investment vehicle with greater scale, economic efficiency, and increased portfolio diversification.
