WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a transaction that is set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023 and worth approximately $685 million, Nelson Mullins’ corporate and securities team advised Crown LNG Holdings AS (Crown) in a business combination with Catcha Investment Corporation, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company.
The result of the merger will see Crown become a publicly listed company under the name Crown LNG Holdings Limited.
A team of lawyers led by Washington, D.C. partner Andrew M. Tucker and Atlanta partner Rebekah McCorvey counseled Crown in the transaction.
