Nelson Mullins Represents Akorbi in Recent Acquisition by Propio
A team of Nelson Mullins attorneys represented leading digital language service provider Akorbi and its founders in Akorbi’s recent acquisition by Propio Language Services, an interpretation and translation service provider and portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners. The acquisition will allow Akorbi, a leader in multilingual digital transformation and localization, to offer clients more advanced, customizable language solutions. The transaction was announced on October 15.
The Nelson Mullins team was led by partners Brian Memory and Lori Anne Czepiel with a team that included partners Wells Hall, John Sallaway, Gina Greenwood, Trish Markus, Carrie Hanger, Chris Eby, and Matt Zischke; of counsel Deepan Patel and Matt Golden; and associates Ariel Cavazos, Sydney Hamer, and Haley Stevers.
