A team of Nelson Mullins attorneys represented leading digital language service provider Akorbi and its founders in Akorbi’s recent acquisition by Propio Language Services, an interpretation and translation service provider and portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners. The acquisition will allow Akorbi, a leader in multilingual digital transformation and localization, to offer clients more advanced, customizable language solutions. The transaction was announced on October 15.
