ATLANTA — Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has added a three-partner corporate team from Arnall Golden Gregory LLP. Jeff Friedman and Matt Brohm join the firm’s Atlanta office and Damon McLean joins the Raleigh office.

The team represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex transactions across a range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, and business services. Matt Brohm brings particular expertise in healthcare, having spent more than 15 years advising clients in the industry. Together, the team has advised on hundreds of private equity-backed transactions and has extensive experience guiding platforms pursuing roll-up strategies. At Nelson Mullins, the team gains access to a national platform and the leading Portfolio Company Counsel Team in the nation to meet the evolving needs of their clients.
