ATLANTA – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to announce the return of veteran technology and privacy attorney, Amanda Witt, to the firm as a new partner in the Technology Industry Group. She joins the firm’s Atlanta office after 12 years at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.

Formerly at Nelson Mullins from 2008-2013, Witt returns as a member of the Technology Industry Group with considerable leadership experience at her prior firm (both at the firm and team levels) and recognition by both Chambers USA and Chambers Global. She focuses her practice in a wide array of areas including information technology, U.S. and global privacy, AI, IoT, information security, e-commerce, cross-border transactions, outsourcing, licensing and procurement. She also manages intellectual property protection and transactions, strategic alliances, commercial transactions, software development and licensing and SaaS services.
