Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented ArtCap Strategies in connection with a landmark USD 120 million international syndicated loan facility for Grupo Telconet, a leading telecommunications and digital infrastructure company in Latin America.
The transaction marks a significant step in the continued development of Telconet’s Carnival Submarine Networks project—a next-generation subsea cable system designed to enhance digital connectivity across Ecuador, Panama, Colombia, and the United States.
Nelson Mullins acted on behalf of ArtCap Strategies—a direct lending platform that invests primarily in private credit transactions throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
The firm’s team—led by George Pavlenishvili, Franco Furmanski, and Guido Meirovich—guided the transaction through a highly sophisticated cross-border structure involving multiple jurisdictions and a collateral package comprising a diverse set of asset classes.
