- Represented various borrowers in collateralized financing transactions of more than $100 million.
- Represented operators of infrastructure projects and project sponsors in Central America in transactions involving governments, the World Bank, and multilateral lenders.
- Represented the acquiror of Telefonica S.A.’s telecommunications business in El Salvador in a transaction valued at $144 million.
- Represented a leading Latin American media production company in connection with its sale of a 75% equity interest to a publicly traded U.S. media company that targets high growth Spanish–speaking U.S. and Latin American markets with leading broadcast, cable television, and digital content platforms
