Erin Kolmansberger, of counsel in Nelson Mullins' Miami office, was honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) as one of South Florida's 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers. According to CFF, attorneys are selected based on their charity work, dedication to the profession, and work ethic. CFF makes it a mission to cure cystic fibrosis and provide people with resources that will help manage the disease. Its 11th Annual 40 Under 40 Gala was held on Oct. 12.
Kolmansberger practices complex commercial litigation in federal and state trial courts and before arbitral panels. She is known among her colleagues as an advocate for women in the legal profession, championing the success of others in the field. Outside of her work, Kolmansberger is a member of the advisory board for Babson College's Miami Women Innovating Now Lab and has also been involved with the University of Miami School of Law and the Miami Children's Museum.
