ATLANTA – Atlanta Senior Associate Carroll Hart has been elected to the board of the Construction Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, joining Atlanta partner Jake Carroll, who will serve as the Section’s Immediate Past Chair. As a member of the board, Hart will assist with planning the Section’s educational and social events, and will participate in community service efforts. Hart will serve in this capacity from June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024.

Hart focuses his practice in the areas of construction law and commercial and business litigation.

The Construction Section of the Atlanta Bar Association consists of nearly 140 legal professionals involved in the practice of construction law in metropolitan Atlanta. The Section provides monthly breakfast meetings covering a variety of current construction law topics, community service events, and networking and social events throughout the year.
