  • Assisting with ongoing representation of foreign manufacturer related to construction of $7.6 billion vehicle assembly and battery manufacturing facility, advising on Georgia’s public procurement, lien, bond, and contractor licensing laws, and drafting and negotiating construction agreements. Defended foreign manufacturer in state court lien enforcement actions. 
  • Ongoing representation of foreign tire manufacturer arising out of construction and expansion of $360 million manufacturing and distribution facility in Tennessee, negotiating and drafting construction contracts, RFPs, and related bond and insurance amendments.
  • Represented luxury real estate and resort company in drafting and negotiating contract documents for the design and construction of a $85 million condominium project and related resort and golf course renovations near St. Simons Island, Georgia.
  • Represented country club in drafting and negotiation of construction agreement for $16 million golf course renovation project near Palm Beach, Florida.
  • Represented real estate investment firm in drafting and negotiation of construction, architectural, and interior design agreements for $160-million mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina, involving $120 million construction loan. 
  • Represented real estate developer in drafting and negotiation of construction and site work agreements for $30 million townhome community project in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
  • Represented industrial developer in drafting and negotiation of design-build and site work agreements for 112,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Statesboro, Georgia.
  • Represented real estate investment firm in drafting and negotiation of construction contract and related agreements for hotel renovation projects in Atlanta, Georgia and St. Augustine, Florida.
  • Ongoing representation of foreign heavy industry manufacturer in connection with the reconfiguration and expansion of an existing power transformer production facility in Memphis, Tennessee.
  • Represented electrical wiring subcontractor in arbitration to recover delay, disruption, and acceleration damages against design-builder related to the installation of conveyor systems in two distribution centers in California and New Jersey. Defended subcontractor against claims asserted by temporary labor supplier in related federal litigation matters in California and Kentucky.   
  • Represented general contractors and subcontractors in commercial and residential construction disputes involving a variety of issues, including both contractual and construction defect claims.
  • Represented Fortune 500 equipment manufacturer in private arbitration proceedings with equipment dealers involving compliance with state dealer protection statutes.
  • Defended Fortune 500 equipment manufacturer in state and federal litigation matters against claims for alleged defective commercial agricultural equipment.
