ATLANTA – Atlanta Partner Jake Carroll has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Bar Association, joining fellow Atlanta Partner Amy B. Cheng, who was elected as the Bar’s first AAPI President. Carroll will serve in this capacity from June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024.
Carroll has been an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association since he entered private practice in 2016 and most recently served as the Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Section in 2022-23.
He focuses his practice in the construction, manufacturing, and real estate industries, representing clients in contract negotiations, business disputes, and related corporate matters.
