Sam Bankman-Fried could face years in prison over FTX’s $32 billion meltdown — if the U.S. ever gets around to arresting him

CNBC

Richard B. Levin, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Denver office and chair of the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice, spoke with CNBC about Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder and former CEO of FTX, a Bahamas-based cryptocurrency exchange firm that was worth billions of dollars, according to the report from CNBC, but is now bankrupt.

“People should not jump to the conclusion that something is not happening just because it has not been publicly disclosed,” Levin told CNBC.
