Midterm Elections May Shake Loose FCC From Its 2-2 Tie

In an article published in the Washington Examiner following the Federal Communications Commission’s enduring 2-2 Democratic / Republican split absent of a new commissioner, Washington, D.C.-based partner Steven Augustino told the publication he gives FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel a lot of credit for what she has been able to achieve with such power dynamics.

“I give a lot of praise to Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel. I think she’s done a remarkable job in managing the relationship at the commission and in finding common ground,” he said.
