The American GC Summit
Hosted by: Law Ninjas
Partner Harsh Arora will participate in The American GC Summit in New York City on October 21. This Nelson Mullins-sponsored event is the inaugural edition of the summit as part of a series of global GC summits that convene more than 6,000 general counsel professionals and other leaders in the legal space from around the world.
Hosting the keynote presentation, “What Every Deal Teaches About the Next Dispute,” Arora will discuss how the most consequential business disputes are often shaped long before they arise, exploring the deal structures, diligence strategies, governance provisions, and dispute-resolution mechanisms that can help organizations mitigate risk, preserve value, and avoid costly post-closing conflicts.
Arora concentrates in the areas of domestic and international corporate transactions and related business dispute resolution. He counsels public and privately held companies as a boardroom advisor and a courtroom advocate in high-stakes corporate matters. Arora serves as general counsel for businesses with a prominent national or international presence.
The American GC Summit will bring together general counsel, in-house legal professionals, and senior industry leaders to explore key issues and developments shaping the legal industry in North America. The full-day event will feature interactive panel discussions, workshops, keynote presentations, and networking opportunities designed to encourage collaboration and the exchange of insights for legal departments. As part of a global summit series spanning major international cities, the event connects legal professionals with industry peers and leading organizations from around the world.
If you are an in-house attorney or general counsel and would like to attend this event, please reach out to Harsh Arora directly.
