Jack Smith, a partner in Nelson Mullins' Charleston office, will speak at the Georgia Environmental Conference regarding the creation of multi-tiered resilient communities. Weather-related natural disasters and rising sea levels are among a number of climate change risks that put communities like these at stake. The conference will be held Aug. 21-23 on Jekyll island.
The panel will discuss:
Smith practices environmental law and litigation, administrative law, land use law, and constitutional law. He was a founding chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Section of the South Carolina Bar.
