Continuing the FinTech University series, join Richard B. Levin, chair of Nelson Mullins’ FinTech and Regulation Practice, Nelson Mullins attorney Jackson Hwu, and several attorneys from non-U.S. law firms for "FinTech and International Law." In this one-hour session, they will examine recent developments and the legal framework for companies operating in FinTech – regulations, neo-bank licensing, securities offering and banking regulations for blockchain companies, and privacy laws for U.S. companies that may consider offering their FinTech products internationally.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be sought for all attorneys who request such and certificates of attendance are available for CPE purposes. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
