Brook Andrews to Speak at the 2026 Managed Care Compliance Conference

Columbia partner Brook Andrews will speak at the HCCA Managed Care Compliance Conference in Phoenix on February 2. Andrews will present a session titled “When AI Goes Wrong: Avoiding Whistleblower Suits, Investigations, and Headlines,” which will examine where artificial intelligence is appearing in managed care today and what regulators are increasingly focused on.
The presentation will also address how organizations can implement defensible AI governance programs through clear documentation, testing, and accountability, and will provide a practical checklist for responding to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and auditor requests.
