Atlanta associate Jake Carroll will moderate the panel, “Drafting and Negotiating Successful Dispute Resolution Provisions” jointly hosted by the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Law and Dispute Resolution Sections. The discussion will focus on key provisions attorneys should consider to effectively address the needs of their clients, including applicable administration rules, mediation, scheduling, arbitrator selection, discovery, and controlling costs.
Carroll focuses his practice in the construction, manufacturing, real estate, and distribution industries, representing clients in business disputes and related corporate matters. Carroll currently serves as the Vice Chair and Chair-Elect of the Construction Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
